Adopting Digital and Realising Benefits
By introducing technology, we will be able to do less mundane tasks and focus on the value-added activities
If you are like us and have heard this statement in business cases or vendor sales pitches, you will know that bringing this promise to reality is a multi-faceted effort. Our digital adoption services hone in on “everything else” that need to wrap around a technology implementation to deliver true digital transformation benefits.
-
Service experience
Starting with a sound understanding of the people you are looking to serve we help you build connected and engaging service experiences that builds loyalty and attracts new customers, balanced with return on investment.
-
Blueprint for digital operations
Introducing technology is not digital transformation. We help you imagine how critical functions of your organisation would work in digital settings and plot the path to get there.
-
Business case and benefits
Building buy-in and ownership of a business case is as important as the creation of the output. Whether it’s a treasury better business case for government, or establishing ROI for private sector, we can help you bring a successful business case together.
-
Portfolio, programme and project design and delivery
Whether it's to establish the right fit delivery model, or to lend you a safe pair of hands to guide your change efforts, we provide proven leadership that can align teams, solve for blockers and manage stakeholders of all levels so you may increase delivery confidence and realise the benefits you seek.
-
Change and transition
Starting with deep appreciation for your organisation’s culture and values, we enrich traditional change thinking by carefully integrating all aspects across people, organisation settings and technology to transition the organisation and its eco-system to the expected future ways of working.

Our facilitation, ability to connect dots and guide decision making brought most value to our client in this engagement, as they knew their business well to own the content.
Our experience has taught us that successful change initiatives start with a “postcard from the future” that aligns the business, builds ownership, and maintains the correct path to benefits.
When faced with the need to establish a brand new fully digital service on the back of a new sustainability policy, our primary sector regulator needed to have a clear understanding of how this service would operate, including the right fit technology and right sized organisation to support it.
3+ developed a programme blueprint that became the backbone of the programme management, decision making, technology delivery and business adoption. Anchored to these strong foundations, 3+ played critical roles as needed at the right times to guide the client to a successful implementation and outcome.
